Can you help us with booking tours?
Absolutely, please see our reception staff for all tour information, local recommendations and booking assistance.
How many people can your apartments sleep?
Our 1 bedroom apartments can sleep 2 in a Queen Bed, while our 2 bedroom apartments can sleep 4-5 people depending on bedding configurations. Rollaway and sofa beds are also available.
Can I buy groceries close by?
Yes, we are conveniently located next to the Endeavour Plaza which has a Spar supermarket, as well as a butcher, bottle shop, newsagent and cafes.
Are your rooms serviced daily?
No, however this can be arranged with our reception staff at an additional cost. Stays of more than 7 nights will include a weekly linen change.
What are the swimming pool hours?
Pool hours are from 7am – 9pm daily.
How far are you from the beach?
We are located within easy walking distance only 350 metres from the Agnes Water Main Beach.
Do you provide pool towels?
Most certainly, please see our reception staff for these.
Do you have a BBQ Area?
Yes, we have a BBQ area with 2 BBQs, a sink and two large picnic tables located next to the pool. Cook a snag while the kids swim!
Do you offer cot/highchair/rollaway hire?
Agnes Water Beach Club has cots, high chairs and rollaway beds for hire at a small fee, please let reception know when booking should you require the hire of one.
Is the pool heated?
Yes.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we are not a pet friendly resort.
I am bringing my boat; can I park it in the resort’s facilities?
If your boat is able to be parked into a standard sized carpark you are most welcome to park the boat in your designated carpark, however, please note during our peak seasons your car may need to be parked on the street as only 1 car park is allocated to each room. For larger boats, the 1770 boat storage is a great option just down the road.
Do you have off the street parking?
We do! Each booking made is entitled to one off the street park within the resort’s carparks.
Do you have lifts and easy access for mobility impaired guests?
Unfortunately, we do not have lifts within the resort, only stairs. However, if you need an easily accessed room please let reception know upon booking and we can work with you to find a room that best suits your needs.
Does the resort have Wi-Fi?
We certainly do have Wi-Fi throughout the entire resort, simply see reception for your complimentary quota!
Is after hours check in available?
Yes, please make contact with our friendly reception staff before 6pm on day of arrival to arrange your check in.
Can we arrange a late check out?
Late check outs cannot be guaranteed until day of departure. Contact our friendly reception staff.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in time is 2pm, check out time is 10am.
What hours are reception open?
Reception is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm on Saturdays and 8:30am to 4pm on Sundays and Public Holidays. We also have a night bell should you need any assistance outside of reception hours.
