We only collect information when you knowingly provide it. Collection may include requesting information by phone, filling out a registration form on check-in, providing your business card to us, or e-mailing or faxing us your details.

It is important that the personal information we collect is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You can contact us at any time to update your personal information, or to tell us if your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete.

We take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal information from misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When your information is no longer required we securely destroy it from our systems.

You may request access to the information we hold about you by contacting us. We may be required by law to retain your personal information after you have ceased your relationship with us.

We do not send personal information outside the country unless to do so is authorised by law.

Mon – Fri: 9.00am to 4.00pm

Sat & Sun: 10.00am to 3.00pm

Public Holidays: Office is closed with management and staff onsite to cater for arrivals

Late Arrivals & Public Holiday Arrivals:

If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please contact us prior to arrival so we can provide our after-hours self-check-in procedure. Public Holiday arrivals will be sent a text letting them know when the room is ready and instructions on parking how to get into your room.

Special Requests:

We will do our best to fulfil your room location and feature requests. Please note, special requests cannot be guaranteed until the day of arrival, especially during school holidays & the winter months however your room type will always be guaranteed.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

A $75 administration fee for the cancellation of any booking will be deducted from your deposit within the cancellation timeframe. Please note credits may be applied if there are unforeseen weather events causing road closures stopping the entry to Agnes Water and confirmed on the government website. We recommend travel insurance be taken out to cover any lost accommodation fees lost by a cancellation.

For bookings under 7 nights, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and for bookings over 7 nights, a $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. For all direct bookings full payment is required 7 days before arrival, after which time, the booking becomes non-refundable.

School holidays, Christmas & Easter – for bookings under 7 nights, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and for bookings over 7 nights, a $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. For all direct bookings full payment is required 30 days before arrival, after which time, the booking becomes non-refundable & non-transferable.

A No Show booking is a full forfeit of the booking total.
