Kylie sources only locally line-caught fish from small-scale fishers, so the selection changes with the seasons and the tides. You might find whole Red Emperor, Coral Trout, or Mangrove Jack, or beautifully filleted Mackerel and Barramundi—often cryovac-packed for freshness. She also stocks prawns and bugs from family-run trawlers, always supporting ethical, sustainable fishing practices. By purchasing the whole catch, Kylie ensures nothing goes to waste, making this a truly eco-friendly operation.
